Common questions
How do I make a Chinese character practice sheet?
Enter up to 48 Chinese characters, choose grid size, tracing and pinyin, then generate the sheet. Use Print / Save PDF and select the same paper size in the print dialog. Set scale to 100% and turn browser headers and footers off.
Can I make a blank tian zi ge worksheet?
Yes. Clear the text field and generate: you get eight rows of empty 田字格 squares. Each square has dashed centre guides that print without enabling background graphics.
Does this show stroke order?
This generator provides model characters, tracing and blank handwriting squares. It does not display stroke-order diagrams.
Does it support Traditional Chinese?
Yes. Characters are preserved as entered, including Simplified and Traditional Chinese. Spaces and punctuation are omitted; repeated characters keep their order.
Is my text stored or sent to an AI?
The text is sent to SentenceCoach to render the worksheet and is not stored by this tool or sent to an LLM. Avoid personal information. No account or payment is needed.
