用法How to use 一切
一切 means “everything” or “all.” It can stand alone as a subject or object, and it can also come before an abstract noun to mean “all the ….” A common pattern is 一切 + 都 + verb, as in 一切都会好起来.

- 别担心，一切都会好起来的。bié dān xīn, yí qiè dōu huì hǎo qǐ lái de.Don't worry, everything will get better.
- 出发前，请把一切准备好。chū fā qián, qǐng bǎ yí qiè zhǔn bèi hǎo.Please get everything ready before we leave.
- 他为了孩子放弃了一切。tā wèi le hái zi fàng qì le yí qiè.He gave up everything for his child.
常见错误Common mistakes

一切 does not directly modify a specific countable group like 朋友; use 所有 for “all the … people.”
