用法How to use 允许
允许 means "to permit/allow" and is used when someone in authority gives permission. The typical pattern is 允许 + somebody + verb phrase, and the negative 不允许 is very common, especially on signs. It is more formal than 让 and is not used to mean "make somebody feel something".
