用法How to use 刮
刮 most commonly means “(of wind) to blow” in everyday Chinese. It is used in the fixed weather phrase 刮风 (“to be windy”) and with words like 大 or 小 to describe wind strength, as in 刮大风. A common pattern for strength is 风刮得很大.
