用法How to use 填空
填空 means to fill in a blank, and it is used mostly for exam or exercise questions where a word or short answer is missing. It works as a verb and usually appears after 用… ("用这个词填空") or in the noun 填空题 ("fill-in-the-blank question"). It does not take the blank itself as an object.
