用法How to use 尊重
尊重 means "to respect" — to show that you value someone's opinions, feelings, choices, or rights. In everyday HSK usage it is mainly a verb taking a person or an abstract noun such as 意见、选择、想法、习惯 as its object; it can also be the object of 得到/受到, as in 得到尊重 ("to be respected"). Typical pattern: 尊重 + person/opinion/choice.
