游客 is a noun meaning "tourist; sightseer" — someone who travels for pleasure, especially to visit places of interest. It is countable with 个/位/名 and often appears in patterns like 很多游客、外国游客、游客数量. It is not the same as 旅客, which refers to a passenger in transport contexts.
