用法How to use 聊天
聊天 means to chat casually with someone, usually about everyday things. It is an intransitive verb-object phrase, so the person you chat with is introduced with 和 or 跟: 和朋友聊天. It can also be split, as in 聊了一会儿天, or repeated as 聊聊天 to mean “chat a bit.”
