用法How to use 脸
脸 is the everyday word for 'face' (洗脸 'wash one's face', 脸红 'blush'). It also appears in the fixed pattern 一脸 + noun or description (一脸汗, 一脸笑容), meaning that something covers or shows all over the face. These 一脸 phrases act like a predicate or adverbial phrase and are not a general way to count faces.
