用法How to use 跑步
跑步 means "to run" as an everyday activity, often like jogging. It is an intransitive verb-object word, so it usually stands alone or with time/place phrases such as 每天早上跑步 or 在公园跑步. It does not take a direct object; use 在 before a place, or 去/到 with 跑步 for going somewhere to run.
