用法How to use 分钟
分钟 is the time unit "minute". It follows a number directly (五分钟, 十分钟) and is not preceded by 个; it commonly serves as a duration complement after verbs (等我五分钟, 运动三十分钟).

分钟 is itself the time unit/measure word, so 个 is not used before it.

After 跑, the duration 三十分钟 is a complement; 三十分钟的运动 is a noun phrase ("thirty minutes of exercise") and does not fit as the object here.
