用法How to use 网上
网上 means "online" or "on the internet" and is a location expression. It appears in patterns such as 在网上买东西 (shop online) and 网上有很多信息 (there is a lot of information online). Unlike the verb 上网 (go online), 网上 normally identifies where an action or situation occurs.

上网 is a verb phrase meaning "to go online": 我每天上网一个小时. 网上 is a location "online" and goes after 在 or at the start of a sentence: 我在网上看新闻.
