用法How to use 除了
除了 means 'besides/apart from' or 'except (for)', and the rest of the sentence shows which: with the 'besides' sense the main clause has 还 or 也 (除了汉语，我还学习英语), while with the 'except' sense it has 都 or 没(有) (除了小王，我们都去了). 以外 after the 除了 phrase is optional and is often dropped in everyday speech.
